OVERVIEW:
Menoreif is a non hormonal Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) that significantly reduces vasomotor menopausal symptoms. Menoreif is well tolerated and devoid of the drawbacks of hormonal replacement therapy. 

Composition:
Each capsule contains 40mg of Black Cohosh (Cemicifuga Racemosa) Extract.

Pharmacological Action:
Menoreif active constituents are glycosides, alkaloids, Flavonoids, volatile oils, phenolic acids and tannins. Menoreif is a phytoesterogen with SERM properties which has inhibitory effect on gonadotropines releasing hormones which influence thermoregulatory center in hypothalamus. Recent studies indicate that Black cohosh has the ability to modify serotonin levels in hypothalamus. These actions help minimizing vasomotor symptoms in menopausal women including hot flushes, profuse perspiration, nervousness, irritability, mood swings and sleep disturbances.

Indications/ Uses:
Treatment of menopause associated vasomotor symptoms.

Dosage:
One capsule once daily for 3-6 months.
